I’m an ad guy. Which basically means I sell ideas for a living. But here’s the thing: no matter what YOU do, you’re selling something. Whether it’s your skills, a product, a service, or even just your perspective, we’re all in the persuasion business.

Early in my career, I focused on having the best ideas. I thought that was enough. But I quickly learned that even the most brilliant solution is useless if you can’t convince anyone to buy into it.
